Where does the retreat take place?
The retreat takes place at Athina’s Villa in Koskinou, Rhodes, a peaceful and tasteful space close to the sea. The location offers privacy, comfort, contact with nature, and the authentic atmosphere of the Dodecanese.
What is included in the retreat?
The retreat includes the Embryogenesis Seminar, the Masculine & Feminine Archetypes Seminar, Systemic Healing Sessions, Sound Healing, Guided Meditations, daily yoga practice, one relaxing body and facial massage, sacred and natural site excursions, accommodation for 7 nights, daily detox juices, water, tea, coffee, and airport transfer from and to Diagoras Airport.
Are excursions included?
Yes. Sacred and natural site excursions are included, such as the Sanctuary of Archangel Michael in Kato Petres, the Temple of Apollo, Tsambika Psili Monastery, the Palace of the Grand Master, and Filerimos Hill. Some excursions include yoga or meditation in nature.
Is previous experience required?
No previous experience is required. The retreat is suitable for both beginners and experienced participants who feel called to explore self-awareness, healing, inner balance, and personal transformation.
What kind of food is included?
The retreat includes nourishing meals made with local produce, free-range eggs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, chickpea pasta, fresh Aegean fish, local cheeses, olives, and salads. Daily detox juices, water, tea, and coffee are also included.
What is the group size?
The retreat is designed for a small group of up to 12 participants. Availability is limited in order to preserve the quality, intimacy, and depth of the experience.
What will I work with during the retreat?
During the retreat, participants work with soul karma, ancestral responsibilities, psychic contracts, prenatal imprints, mental programming, emotional trauma, systemic dynamics, and the role of the inner child within family patterns. The intention is to bring awareness, healing, and transformation to the deeper layers that influence one’s life path.

Τι να πρωτοπώ για τη Θηλυκή Αρχή! Δεν μπορούσα να φανταστώ πόσο σπουδαία και θεραπευτική θα ήταν για τη γυναίκα. Τα αρχέτυπα ζωντάνεψαν μέσα μου· Σοφή, Θεραπεύτρια, Μάνα, Κόρη, Πολεμίστρια, Μάγισσα, Ερωμένη. Η γυναίκα τοποθετείται εκεί που της αξίζει. Δύο λέξεις μόνο: ευγνωμοσύνη και ευχαριστώ.
