We invite you to an 8-day immersive retreat in the enchanting island of Rhodes, in the authentic Dodecanese ambiance of the traditional village of Koskinou. Set against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea, nature, and ancient history, this space is dedicated to the renewal of body, mind, and spirit, blending deep healing work with rest and meaningful connection.

Food

We enjoy nourishing meals made with local produce, free-range eggs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, chickpea pasta, fresh Aegean fish, local cheeses & olives, and a variety of salads.

Daily detox juices, water, tea, and coffee are included.

The retreat takes place at Athina’s Villa – a peaceful and tasteful space in Koskinou, just minutes from the sea. Enjoy 7 nights of accommodation with privacy, comfort, and immediate contact with nature.
