Panagiota has been trained in systems of energetic, spiritual, psychotherapeutic, and somatic health. For 15 years she has supported people through individual sessions and group experiential workshops to attune to their soul, the power of their spirit, to know themselves, and to change their lives.

Nature became a precious ally for her. Since 2015 she has unified flower therapy with aromatherapy and created Anthoïansi of Anagennisi — a natural healing system of remedies for psychic, emotional, and mental restoration.

In 2017, after study, research, and years of experience, she created “The Art of Iasis” — a Holistic Spiritual System of Self-Knowledge, Eutaxia (Right Order), and Soul Health. It is based on the remembrance of the soul’s inner wisdom, long-term training, practical and above all experiential knowledge from her professional path.
