The Art of Iasis is a holistic system of Self-Knowledge, Inner Order and Self-Realization through the activation of the human soul potential.
It is a path through which the human being is invited to know the self, to understand more deeply the causes behind life experiences, to purify what weighs upon the soul and to return to a greater inner order.
At its essence, the Art of Iasis connects knowledge with experience, theory with practice, the soul with consciousness, and the human being with the possibility of transmutation and rebirth.
It concerns the Art of Union and the creation of therapeutic pathways that lead to the Wholeness of Being. It contains the Divine Wisdom of Higher Consciousness, which embodies the Knowledge of the Power of Spirit. In that timeless point where Love flows and becomes grounded through the Planetary, Solar, Galactic and Spiritual Logos.
The Art of Iasis is a structured teaching system of self-knowledge and inner cultivation, approaching the human being as a unity of Mind, Soul and Body.
The purpose of the method is the restoration of inner order, the development of consciousness and the cultivation of personal responsibility through a path of knowledge, experience and practical application.
The system is organized into successive levels of training, where theoretical understanding is accompanied by practical exercises and monthly practice sessions, with the aim of gradually deepening self-knowledge and inner transformation.
The teaching of the Art of Iasis is based on philosophical principles of Ancient Greek and Hermetic Teaching, which recognize human existence as a dynamic process of evolution.
Within this philosophical root, the method of the Art of Iasis is organized as a unified energetic therapeutic system of 9 levels of evolution, knowledge and action. The levels are not simply “stages” of information; they are stages of conscious maturation, leading the human being from fragmentation toward inner unity and from vague experience toward clear awareness.
The therapeutic path moves with precision from connection and research to purification, transmutation and restoration. It is a journey that teaches us how experience is structured, how the mind is organized, how the soul responds and how energy is transformed.
Within the Art of Iasis, one encounters a complete field of knowledge and application. There is the theoretical foundation, which helps the student understand the principles of therapeutic consciousness, the function of the energetic field and the relationship between energy, information and human experience. At the same time, there is practical application through tables, symbols, observation, research and therapeutic work.
The fundamental principles are the Trilogy of Universal Codes: Alphabetical Geometric Numerodynamics, living structures of knowledge, vibration and consciousness, connecting Spirit with Matter and the human being with their deeper truth. They are Universal Key Codes of Higher Consciousness. These Principles are carriers of information, energy and spiritual knowledge, forming a map of soul awakening and universal alignment.
The Art of Iasis works through the power of Quantum Spiritual Energy, which activates the use of the Tables that contain the universal Knowledge of Letters, Spiritual Numbers and the Sacred Geometry of Symbols.
Numbers, letters, geometric shapes and solids contribute to the Higher creation of the Spiritual Mind and assist in the transmutation of energy into matter. This means Immediate Manifestation.
The Alphabet, through the decoding of letters, shapes, word-numbers and sounds, functions as a gateway of self-knowledge and remembrance.
Sacred Geometry expresses the divine order of creation and the inner alignment with the Whole. It is the language of Nature, the World and the Universe.

The fundamental methodology within the “Art of Iasis” is defined as: “Quantum Spiritual Work of the two points, with the response of the pendulum, within an embodied field of therapeutic action through the Tables of each level, beyond time and space.”
The 9 Levels of Iasis
1st Level: The 1st level restores the rhythm of life. It is a foundation of connection that brings the human being back into an initial inner order.
2nd Level: The 2nd level works with the union of opposites, which are recognized as two ends of the same axis. Practically, we enter the wounds, programs and beliefs of our childhood consciousness.
3rd Level: The 3rd level trains the reading of analogies between the inner and outer world. The soul is reflected in the body and in life. Here we learn the invisible conscious world of the soul.
4th Level: The 4th level balances the creative forces of Masculine and Feminine as inner alchemy. Here we deepen into ancestral and systemic consciousnesses that determine our creative power of manifestation.
5th Level: The 5th level cultivates self-mastery and responsibility. The human being moves from randomness into awareness of causes and choices. We understand action and reaction, reciprocal justice and the deeper meaning of the law of return in our life.
6th Level: The 6th level introduces the practical understanding of the vibrational state, because healing arises when the field is consciously and energetically elevated.
7th Level: The 7th level establishes the basic awareness that intention becomes direction and the mind becomes a field of creation. Spirituality is the movement of the soul toward remembrance, the turning of the human being toward the light of consciousness and the desire to align life with the essence of one’s core, with love and the divine meaning of existence.
8th Level: The 8th level unites and creates an integrated state of soul existence. Here, knowledge becomes conscious elevation and a natural state of life.
9th Level: The 9th level harmonizes the personal path with the collective good, through wisdom, service and pure creation.
The final two levels function as culminations of completion, where knowledge ceases to be merely a “tool” and becomes a way of being. A stable state of alignment that unites the personal field with the collective good, healing with service, and consciousness with the action of life. In this way, Iasis becomes an Art of Union — a path that leads the human being to remember their unity, restore inner order and create from a field of clarity, harmony and psycho-spiritual evolution.

The Founder
My name is Panagiota Tzitzikou Delistathi. I was born in 1970 in Titani, Corinthia, and for the last twenty-five years I have been seeking, through the path of healing, the inner truth and knowledge of the human psyche.
I serve as a Spiritual Teacher and Author, devoted to the evolution of consciousness and the awakening of the soul.
Throughout this journey, I have been trained in a holistic way in energetic, spiritual and physical health, always with the purpose of individual and collective evolution. Thus, I serve the work of Self-Knowledge, Spiritual Development and Systemic Soul Iasis, guiding people since 2013 to remember the essence of their soul and reconnect with their Spiritual Power — to know themselves and transform their lives.
After years of study, research and experience, I have created and developed a new teaching method called the “Art of Iasis”, a Holistic Spiritual System of Self-Evolution and Soul Health. It is based on the remembrance of the inner knowledge of my soul, years of training, practice and the experiential knowledge of my professional path.
The support I receive from the beloved people around me is one of the essential reasons for the fulfillment of this teaching. Each person, in their own unique way, contributes to the whole creation.

Everything taught within the Iasis Systems of Anagennisi consists of techniques that support and assist the human being first on an energetic, spiritual and soul level, and then, as a natural consequence, on a physical level.
Under no circumstances do they replace medical diagnoses or pharmaceutical treatments. However, they can be combined with conventional medicine as supportive tools. It is also important to clarify that the terms “therapist”, “therapy” and “Iasis” are used in their broad meaning and are not identical to the terms used in conventional medicine, psychology or pharmacology.
Each person is responsible for their own personal evolution or stagnation. It is the way each person manages their issues, taking responsibility for resolving what concerns them, without giving away the responsibility that corresponds to their own power to any “teacher” or “therapist”.
